An Expression of Tender (EoT) is a formal invitation to provide a complete technical and financial proposal for specified goods, works, or services.
Unlike an Expression of Interest, which only identifies potential vendors, an EoT requires a full, binding offer that can lead directly to contract award.

Valid business registration and tax compliance certificates
Proven experience in similar projects or services
Financial capacity to deliver the contract
Adherence to ethical and legal procurement standards
